Password security
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account once you have registered yourself.
User Conduct
You will not use e-patra for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. The services of e-patra are provided to individuals only and for their personal use only. You agree to use the service only to send and receive personal messages. Any unauthorized commercial use of e-patra, or the resale of its services, is prohibited.
You agree not to:
Abuse, defame, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
Use epatra in connection with surveys, contests, schemes, chain letters, junk e-mail, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).
Without consent of others, collect information about others, including their e-mail addresses.
Publish, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information.
Mislead others by creating a false identity for any reason whatsoever.
Transmit or upload any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other harmful or deleterious programs.
Transmit or upload any material that contains software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity or any other applicable law unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
Violate the regulations, policies or procedures of networks by interfering or disrupting networks connected to the service.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Service, through password mining or any other means.
Privacy of Members Information
Epatra respects the privacy of its members and will not disclose any personal information about you unless it has a good reason to believe that such action is necessary and conforming to legal requirements or complying with legal process. You agree that epatra may access your account, including its contents, as stated above or to respond to service or technical issues.

E-patra is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites.
E-mail storage space limitations
Some e-mail messages may not be processed due to space constraints or outbound message limitations. You agree that the service is not responsible or liable for the deletion or failure to store messages or other information.
Proprietary rights to content.
You acknowledge that the content is protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. You may make a copy of this content for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact.
Modification to Terms and Conditions and policies.
E-patra reserves the rights to modify the terms and conditions as an when required by it. The modifications and changes made are binding on all its members.
E-patra does not claim that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the service or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or other harmful components. You specifically agree that e-patra is not responsible or liable for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive or illegal content or conduct of any other party or any infringement of another's rights, including intellectual property rights.
Termination of Access.
E-patra reserves the right to terminate access to its services if it has good reason to believe that such action is necessary
